AV packages will be selected when events are requested and must be paid before KA confirms the meeting and reserves the meeting space. If your meeting will include a slide deck presentation, you will need to bring a laptop or device with an HDMI input/output from which to run the presentation. If you would like a wireless slide advancer, you will need to bring that as well.
