Event Pricing
Gold Sponsors who host add-on events are responsible for meeting fees, meeting room costs, food and beverage costs (when applicable), and AV package costs.
Meeting Fee - $5,000
Because the benefit to host an Add-On Event is not included in the Gold Sponsorship Package, an additional meeting fee of $5,000 is required for Gold Sponsors to host an Add-On Event.
Scheduling Process
Scheduling for Sponsor Add-On Events is done on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to meeting space availability.
